Multan Fort (Punjab)
Multan Fort, also known as Fort Kohna, was built for the defence purpose between 800 and 1000 B.C. by Katoch dynasty in Multan on Qilla Kohna Qasim Bagh Road, near Shrine of Shah Rukn-e-Alam at the distance of 3 km from Multan Railway Station.
There are four gates to enter into fort with 40-70 feet high walls, covering the distance of 2 km. In fort, there are different buildings including citadel, mosque, temple, and Khan's palace.
