Source of Saif ul Muluk (Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa)
The main sources of Saif-ul-Maluk Lake is the surrounding glaciers and streams coming from area behind the lake toward Malika Parbat.
About Lake Saif-ul-Muluk
Saif-ul-Muluk is located in Naran, Kaghan Valley at a distance of 8km from Naran at an altitude of 10,578 feet. It is one of the main sources of the Kunhar River and also one of the highest lakes in Pakistan.
Malika Parbat is the highest mountain in this region, and that can be easily seen from lake Saif-ul-Muluk. Lake can be easily accessed from Naran by hiring a jeep in just 30 minutes or in 2 hours by trekking. Trekking is the most favorite to access this lake as there is a number of beautiful spots on the way. You also have to cross two glaciers before the month of September.
