    Gujrat

    Gujrat is an industrial and historical city located between the Jhelum and Chenab rivers, at a distance of 140 km from Lahore on G. T. Road. It was a planned city in sub-continent. It is also known as the Golden Triangle of industrial cities, as it plays a major role in the exports of Pakistan. Three cities Gujrat, Gujranwala, and Sialkot are the part of this Golden Triangle. Due to Gujjar tribes were settled there, the town is called Gujrat.
